  Description

  Our produce is available through various outlets, including Harvest Workers Co-op Farmshop in Okehampton, on the veg stall at Hatherleigh Market every Tuesday, and through the GoodFoodLoop distribution network around Dartmoor.

  At Hilltown Organics, we farm using natural methods mimicking nature. Using permaculture techniques, Agroforestry, No till, diverse mixed planting polyculture to keep soils healthy, fertile and resilient to pest, disease and changing climate producing a wide range of fruit, veg, seasonal veg plants and edible fungi.

  We also run various courses, farmwalks, and workshops on a wide range of subjects including low tech mushroom growing on logs, spring and autumn forays, no dig gardening, fermenting, soil biology, biochar, scything, nature walks and we can come visit garden clubs and societies and offer illustrated talks.
